According to police officials, the recording was filmed at an illegal car meet in the city on December 28th, 2024, showing the driver operating a distinctive colored vehicle.

The officer continued: “They are not only a complete nuisance, but they also put themselves and innocent bystanders at risk of severe harm.”
The statement concluded: “We will continue to prosecute these drivers and I trust these recent cases act as a caution: you won’t get away with it.”
